The Process
- Request an accommodation using the DRU Voluntary Disability Disclosure and Work Reasonable Accommodation Form
- Consultation - We review your needs and assess available solutions
- Collaboration - We work with your line manager, HR, and relevant departments to implement reasonable accommodations
- Ongoing support - Regular check-ins ensure your needs continue to be met
All requests are assessed in accordance with the Policy on the Workplace Inclusion of Employees with Disabilities, the nature of the request, financial implications, and available resources.
