All prospective students must meet the University's entry criteria for the chosen field of study.

If you qualify to study at Wits, go ahead and apply like any other student, just make sure to indicate your disability on the application form. Click here to find out about all the study programmes available, and how to apply. 

Wits Registration

Register at Wits the same way as every other student. Check your dates on the Registration website and follow the registration steps.

New First-Year ×ãÇò¾º²ÊappÅÅÃûs: Watch your email! Registration dates will be emailed to you.

Critical Step: Register with DRU as soon as possible and disclose your disability on ×ãÇò¾º²ÊappÅÅÃû Self-Service. Upload your disability/medical letter.

Why? Without disclosure, we cannot provide support such as test/exam accommodations, assistive technology, accessible course materials, and campus access support. Your disability information is kept confidential and used only to provide support services.
