Publications and Resources

ARA has pursued multiple publishing initiatives. It has funded the development of Elllipses, an experimental online publication and peer reviewed platform for creative research realised in live, digital formats.

ARA has also published the proceedings and artist's books which have resulted from events and residencies organised over the period of the project. As a publisher, ARA is committed to Open-Access online publishing in order to make our publications available, free-of-charge, to readers anywhere in the world. Our publications can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed and searched in any way without financial, legal or technical barriers. We are also using the Wits University digital repository - WIReDSpace - as the distribution platform for our publications.
