Masters in Public Health Field of Rehabilitation

Part 1

Qualifying courses consisting of lectures, practicals, tutorials, demonstrations and discussion, extending over one year of part-time study. Courses include:

• Introduction to Environmental and Occupational Health
• Introduction to Health Measurement
• Primary Health Care and the Social Context of Health
• Public Health Law and Health Systems Integration
• Management in Health and Health Services
• District and Regional Health Information Systems

Part 2

Qualifying courses consisting of tutorials and practicals, extending over one year of part-time study, in Rehabilitation applied to the Community (planning, implementing and managing a district rehabilitation service, community participation and community development, training and supervision of multi-skilled community workers, application of research methods to community rehabilitation, financial management and health economics)

An additional research report must be submitted to complete the degree. 足球竞彩app排名s must undertake a short study and produce a research report, which will require at least an additional 6 months registration.

This course is currently being redesigned to accommodate the changes in the Public health approach to occupational therapy and will only be available in 2025.
