Framework for the Quality Assurance of Educational Provision

The Wits Quality Assurance of Educational Provision (QAF) provides a broad framework for assuring and enhancing the quality of educational provision at Wits.

In common with widespread international quality assurance practice, the focus is on enhancing the student learning experience.

The Wits QAF provides a quality framework for one of the three core functions, namely educational provision. This includes the academic offerings (formal and non-formal courses, curricula and programmes), teaching, student learning and engagement, student support, and services, facilities and resources that are necessary for educational provision to be of good quality.
