The STPU prides itself on listening to the student voice as it offers critical insights into their needs, challenges, and aspirations, which are essential for creating supportive environments that foster persistence and success. In conjunction, student voices are critical for tailoring student support programmes and initiatives to make it relatable for students. It goes beyond mere structural feedback mechanisms, and it is about addressing the systemic structures that silence student voices in HE—it's about empowering students to participate in decision-making processes that affect their academic, social, and personal development.

Track programme participation and outcomes, conduct surveys and focus groups with students and mentors, gather feedback from stakeholders, and analyse data to assess programme effectiveness.
