Academic Information

The Department provides a centre for teaching and dissemination of knowledge through its archived collections, teaching courses, scholarly exchanges and public service. The Department plays an important role in the School’s mission to improve the quality of patient care. The Department largely achieves its goals through educating undergraduate and post-graduate dental and oral hygiene students on the recognition, diagnosis and prevention of commonly encountered oral and maxillo-facial diseases and conditions.
