Webinar: Critical reflections on the social justice sector

- Lee-Anne Bruce

Join us on 24 November from 14:00 for a webinar on the recent social justice sector review and a critical reflection of the sector in the post-apartheid era

The Social Justice Sector Review is a study of the sector that functions as a stock-taking excercise with the objective of informing strategy going forward. The review is intended to uncover lessons from experiences in the sector to date. Reviewers employed a diverse range of methodologies including interviews, an online survey, a
literature review and group sessions with a Reference Group. The Review was led by a group of activists who are organisational leaders. They did not represent their organisations in the Review process, instead focussing on a sectoral lense guiding the Review. The Review is resourced by the RAITH Foundation and undertaken by three independent consultants: Isobel Frye, Mondli Hlatshwayo and Yasmin Jessie Turton.

On 24 November, the consultants will discuss the findings of the review during a webinar entitled 'Critical Reflections on the Social Justice Sector in the Post-Apartheid Era'. To register, for the event please complete this form. Download the full report from the review here
