Women's Month victories, struggles and more

We've just come out of an incredibly busy Women's Month, highlighting the importance of both recognising women for their achievements and defending their rights. We started and ended the month in urgent court assisting women left homeless after being evicted from a gender-based violence shelter. We participated in events on women's rights. We fought in the Constitutional Court for all people involved in gang rapes to be held liable.

And then September came and with it news of yet more incidents of gender-based violence and femicide, reminding us that our work is not done and that we must keep pushing for justice every month of the year. Click the image below for a gender-based quarterly update.
