Binding Treaty Indaba
- Lee-Anne Bruce
Join us to discuss the proposed international legally binding instrument on transnational corporations & other business enterprises with respect to human rights
CALS invites you to join us for an indaba on the UN’s international legally binding instrument on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights – or binding treaty for short. CALS and all our partners are working to ensure that the treaty reflects the needs of the people it is intended to protect – and especially that southern African perspectives are reflected in the upcoming negotiations at the UN. Please note that the first day of the indaba is for community members only while day two is open to all.
