The IDORI Secretariat comprises four staff members: The Director, the Senior Scientific Advisor, the Senior Program Manager, and the Research Administrator. The Director is also assisted by her Personal Assistant.

Caz McNamara is the Senior Program Manager of IDORI. She holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry from Rhodes University, and has more recently graduated cum laude with a Postgraduate Diploma in Research Management and Administration from Stellenbosch University.

Gladwin Gaehler is at the Infectious Disease and Oncology Research Institute (IDORI) at Wits. He holds a Masters degree in Digital Media Ethics from Wits University and has a focus in digital media, events, VFX and marketing.
