Can I pay with a credit card at the event?

Definitely. You can use your credit card or pay in cash on the day of the event. But to avoid missing out, you can also secure your ticket beforehand and not wait until the last minute.

Where can I buy tickets?

Online at Webtickets, at any PnP store, or at the event itself on the day.

Can I buy a ticket on behalf of a friend or relative?

Of course, you can, provided you have their details. Remember, we will be confirming identification at the gate for all ticket holders.

Can I bring my own food/beverages into the concert?

Unfortunately, not. Although, there’s no need to as we have already arranged food and drinks vendors for you at the event.

What are the times of the concert?

The concert will kick off at 12h00 and will have live performances all the way until 02h00.

Can I enter anytime or re-enter?

We will have a limited pass-out time until 17h00. After that, we will no longer allow for pass-outs.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

Not at all. We will be able to scan your digital ticket directly from your phone.

Does the venue have ATM’s?

We will have ATMs on the day, but all our food and beverage vendors will also have card facilities so that you don’t have to carry cash.

I’m under 18. Can I attend with a legal guardian?

Absolutely. We will have a dedicated children’s play area for all children under the age of 12 and all those between the age of 12 and 17 can experience the concert for just R25. Note that alcohol will not be served to those under 18 and ID checks will take place at liquor-selling outlets.

What do I need to enter the Wits University Campus?

You will need your ID, as well as a copy of your ticket if you have purchased one before the day. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking available or a park and ride?

There will be parking available on our main campus. We have also arranged a park and ride service from our Education campus in Parktown to the event.

Can I bring a chair or something to sit on?

No camp chairs are allowed but feel free to bring your picnic blankets.
