Prestigious Research Lectures
The aim of the Prestigious Research Lecture Series is to provide an opportunity for two to three of the Faculty’s top researchers to present key aspects of their research in a specific area. The target audience includes members of the wider medical/research community, as well as members of the public. We feel it is important for us to share with people beyond the University/academic community what research we do, and to share some of the latest research news in the fields where we are fortunate to have expert specialists.
In the interests of stimulating public debate and comment on our research, we invite an external researcher/scientist at the end of the Lecture to remark on the work presented by our researchers.
