Yebo Gogga 2024
This year, we participated in Yebo Gogga. We are very excited for the next Yebo Gogga - see us there next year! The theme was "Cycles," where we explored the ancient cycles that have made planet Earth so special, and how they still shape the natural world around us.

Wits Integrated Experience 2024
The Wits Integrated Experience is a comprehensive engagement initiative designed to connect academic learning with real-world applications. It aims to foster dynamic interaction between students, faculty, and industry professionals, facilitating hands-on learning and practical experience. This program focuses on Grade 11 learners and allows them to explore the field of Geosciences and experience our role in real-world scenarios.
This year we explored the complex topic of Brittle Deformation and how it can affect Johannesburg's infrastructure and could lead to geohazards and disasters.
