The MSc (Building) in the field of Project Management in Construction is offered over two- years of part-time study and is directed towards applicants with an honours degree in Real Estate, Property, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Building Technology, Civil Engineering and Planning.

*The Research Methodology is a pre-requisite for the Research Report. The award of the qualification of the MSc (Building) is contingent on the successful completion of the Research Report.
Entry Requirements
- BSc (Building) or BSc (Construction Management)
- BArch or BSc Town and Regional Planning) or BSc (Hons) (Urban and Regional Planning), or
- MArch(Prof) or BSc(Property Studies), or BSc (Quantity Surveying), or BSc (Eng) in the branch of Civil Engineering
- BSc(Hons) (Economics) or BCom(Hons) or BSc(Hons) (Finance)
- DQA applications based on the years of appropriate working experience in the built environment field.
