INPATIENT CARE
General Wards
The general wards have patients ranging in age from birth to 13yrs. These patients fall under the care of four paediatric units.
A unit typically comprises a consultant, a registrar, one medical officer and two interns. For most of the year there is at least one or two junior interns (GEMP IV students) attached to each unit.

WARDS
Ward 17 | - Admision ward, also known as Little Angels |
Ward 1 | - Infants up to 60d of age |
Ward 2 | - Children from 3 years to 13 years |
Ward 3 | - All ages except neonates for potentially contagious illnesses |
Ward 4 | - Children from 60d to 3 years |
NEONATAL UNIT & ICU
This unit is run by a team of dedicated staff led by Dr Joy Fredericks. The other members of the team are:
