Short Courses
The Division of Community Paediatrics offers a range of short courses. Participants can choose to complete these courses on an attendance or competence basis. Participants must successfully complete all assessments required for the specific short course in order to receive a Certificate of Competence for the course.
Participants completing on an attendance-only basis will not be required to complete any course-related assessments.
All short courses run for a duration of 5 days. All participants are required to attend the full duration of the course in order to receive a Certificate of Attendance or Certificate of Competence for the course.

In addition to the above courses, the division also offers a short course specifically tailored for managers of programmes in maternal and child health. We especially encourage participation from current maternal and child health programme managers working at a national or subnational level, or in the NGO sector. This course is also of particular relevance to to the work of district clinical specialist team members.
